Terms and Conditions for Truro Launderette

1.      

Service Overview: Truro Launderette offers the following services:

Serviced Wash, Dry, and Fold: Laundry is washed, dried, and folded by

our staff.

Self-Service Washing and Drying: Customers can use our machines to wash

and dry their laundry.

Third-Party Services: Dry cleaning, curtain cleaning, and dress cleaning

are provided by a third-party company. Separate terms and conditions apply to

these services.

Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure that all items are

suitable for the selected service. Truro Launderette is not responsible for any

damage to items that are not suitable for washing, drying, folding or ironing.

3.      

Drying times may vary depending on the material type and weight and

therefore the final price of a serviced wash or serviced dry is subject to

change.

4.      

Self-Service Use: Customers using self-service machines must follow the

provided instructions. Truro Launderette is not liable for any damage caused by

misuse of the machines.

5.      

Third-Party Services: For dry cleaning, curtain cleaning, and dress

cleaning, customers must refer to the separate terms and conditions provided by

the third-party company. Truro Launderette is not responsible for any issues

arising from these services.

Refunds are not provided and we may offer to re-wash items as a form of

resolution if management deem there to be an issue our services.

7.      

We cannot accept clothing above the value of £200.00.

8.      

Truro Launderette does not guarantee the performance of colour catchers

and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the colourfastness of their

clothing and separating as required before washing.

9.      

Complaints and Issues: Any complaints or issues regarding serviced wash,

dry, and fold services or self-service must be directed to Truro Launderette.

For third-party services, customers must contact the third-party provider

directly.

10.    

Liability: Truro Launderette is not liable for any loss, damage, or

delay caused by third-party services. Customers must address any claims

directly with the third-party provider.

11.    

Payment: Payment for all services must be made at the time of service.

Truro Launderette will collect payment for third-party services on behalf of

the third-party provider.

Service Guarantee: Truro Launderette guarantees the quality of its

serviced wash, dry, and fold services. If customers are dissatisfied, they

should contact Truro Launderette for resolution. For third-party services,

customers must contact the third-party provider.

13.    

Privacy: Customer information will be shared with third-party providers

solely for the purpose of completing the requested services. Truro Launderette

and the third-party providers are committed to protecting customer privacy.

Changes to Terms: Truro Launderette reserves the right to amend these

services advertised and provided by this launderette are completed by LJ

Laundry, a third-party company.

Service Description: LJ Laundry is responsible for dry cleaning, curtain

cleaning and dress cleaning as per the service options selected by the

customer.

3.      

Customer Responsibility: Customers are required to ensure that all items

handed over for laundry are suitable the method of cleaning and / or pressing

requested. The launderette and LJ Laundry are not responsible for any damage to

items that are not suitable for these processes.

4.      

Complaints and Issues: Any complaints, issues, or concerns regarding the

laundry services provided must be directed to LJ Laundry. The launderette is

not responsible for resolving these matters.

5.
